▶ The process of the continuous waste plastic to fuel machine:
1. Pre-treating waste plastic
Different from the batch waste plastic to fuel machine, continuous waste plastic to fuel machine has higher requirements for raw materials. Before feeding, we need to dry waste plastic and crush it into small pieces to ensure the continuous feeding of raw materials in the sealed feeding system.
2. Feeding waste plastic
Continuous waste plastic to fuel machine uses a screw seal conveyor for feeding. The feeding speed of the feeder can be set to control the whole process in an orderly manner. And we have set an air cut-off device on the feeder to ensure that no air enters the reactor, which reasonably avoids the hidden danger of stability.
3. Heating pyrolysis reactor

Heat the reactor to pyrolyze waste plastic and when the reactor reaches a certain temperature, waste plastic will be transformed into oil gas. Compared with batch waste plastic to fuel machine, continuous waste plastic to fuel machine adopts an indirect heating system, where the flame does not directly touch the inner wall of the reactor. The heating source is connected to the reactor through the combustion chamber and heating the reactor by hot air or hot gas conduction. In this way, the service life of the reactor can be prolonged and the heating is uniform.
4. Cooling oil gas
Cool oil gas into liquid oil by condensing system, and then you can collect high value fuel oil. Continuous waste plastic to fuel machine uses the latest condensing technology. Before the oil gas enters the condenser, it will pass through two devices. The first one is the catalytic chamber, which discharges some carbon black from oil gas and acts as a purifier. The second one is the buffer condenser, which is our latest design. It can prevent a large amount of oil gas from entering the condenser directly to ensure the safety of the equipment, and it can also cool part of the oil gas, so we can get part of oil in this section. After that, we set up four 800 * 2050 condensers with a total cooling area of more than 60 square meters, featuring superb condensing effect.
5. Discharging carbon black
