This set of DY-15TPD aluminum plastic recycling pyrolysis furnace is used to recycle and process aluminum foil, aluminum plastic medicine plate, aluminum plastic composite plate waste, etc. It uses the principle of thermal recycling pyrolysis to convert waste aluminum plastic into aluminum slag, plastic pyrolysis fuel oil, and syn-gas in a low-temperature oxygen-free environment.

The waste aluminum-plastic recycling pyrolysis furnace adopts a horizontal rotary furnace structure design. The equipment form is that the outer body of the recycling pyrolysis furnace does not rotate, but a cylindrical rotating propeller is set inside the recycling pyrolysis furnace to run the material from the feed port to the discharge port. And the carbon black is continuously discharged from the reactor through the conveyor from the discharge port, and the pyrolyzed oil gas are discharged from the reactor from the gas outlet.

The whole waste aluminum plastic recycling pyrolysis furnace reactor is a rotating structure. First, it is conducive to the uniform heating and sufficient recycling pyrolysis of aluminum-plastic waste during rotation; second, the material is always in a state of flipping, which promotes the rapid recycling pyrolysis and gasification of aluminum-plastic; third, because of the rotation, the part of the furnace chamber receives high temperature in a displacement state, and the heating is uniform, so pyrolysis furnace can operate more stably.

The Chinese Henan customer is going through the environmental impact assessment process. The annual processing capacity in the project plan is 40,000 tons. Therefore, the customer decided to order a set of 15 tons of equipment first, and then 6-8 sets of equipment after the environmental impact assessment procedures are approved.
