3. The working process of converting waste plastic to fuel oil machine
The working process of converting waste plastic to fuel oil machine
Firstly, feed waste plastics into the reactor through an automatic feed machine;
Secondly, heat the reactor with fuel until oil gas is generated from waste plastics in the reactor;
Thirdly, transfer the oil gas to the condensing system to cool the oil gas into liquid oil, meanwhile collect the cooled liquid oil into the storage tank;
Then, recover combustible gas that cannot be cooled to the reactor, which can help to heat the reactor and reduce fuel consumption. And the exhaust gas produced during the plastic pyrolysis process will be discharged after being treated by the exhaust gas purification system and conforming to the national emission standards;
Finally, after waste plastic is fully pyrolyzed, the pyrolysis process will be finished. Then, when the temperature of the reactor drops down to a certain temperature, carbon black can be discharged.
4. Final products and their applications
Through pyrolysis process, we can obtain plastic pyrolysis oil and carbon black, which have different application fields.
Plastic pyrolysis oil can be used for industrial combustion, mainly in steel works, heavy oil generators and cement plants, or distilled into diesel to make a better fuel.
