On September 7, 2023, an Indonesian customer ordered a set of 15TPD waste plastic pyrolysis machine. This is another win-win cooperation we have reached with our Indonesian friends.

Our Indonesian customer has his own steel factory, consuming lots of energy fuels to operate, which is a large cost for him. While the fuel oil obtained from waste plastic pyrolysis machine is a good alternative fuel, which has a higher caloric value. In addition, waste plastic is a cheap and easily available waste in Indonesia, which reduces the cost of raw materials for the Indian customer to carry out waste plastic pyrolysis machine project to a certain extent. Therefore, the Indonesian customer decided to select a reliable machine manufacturer to achieve this cooperation.

2) Our pyrolysis machine is equipped with some safety devices: Oil-water separator(avoid the backflow of the oil gas), Water seal(avoid the backflow of tail gas) and Vacuum device(fully extract oil gas from reactor to avoid flash explosion), which all provide safety guarantee for machine operation.

Finally, the Indonesian customer reached friendly cooperation with DOING and ordered a set of 15TPD waste plastic pyrolysis machine, which can process over 5000 tons of waste plastics per year and obtain 1500 tons of fuel oil at least( take the plastic with the lowest oil rate-30% as an example).

The obtained fuel oil has wide applications. In addition to the steel factory, it also can be used in the cement factory, brick factory, glass factory, boiler heating, heavy oil generators, etc.

About one month later, the manufacturing of the waste plastic pyrolysis machine will be finished. Then we will ship the pyrolysis machine to Indonesia.
