Firstly, we need to convert plastic to plastic pyrolysis oil with the waste plastic pyrolysis plant: put the waste plastics to the waste plastic pyrolysis plant and heat the pyrolysis reactor to a certain temperature, and then the oil gas will come out, after the oil gas goes through the cooling system, we can obtain the plastic pyrolysis oil.

Secondly, we need to convert plastic pyrolysis oil to diesel: put the plastic pyrolysis oil to waste ol distillation plant and heat the distillation reactor to a certain temperature, then the oil gas will come out, after going through the cooling system and catalyst system, we can obtain the diesel;

2. Diesel & gasoline integrated machine

This type of plastic to diesel converter includes a separate device, which can process shredded waste plastic into pure diesel and gasoline directly. It means after processing, three kinds of finished oil customers will get, and they are diesel, gasoline, heavy oil.

If customers want to get different degrees of oil, this solution will be more suitable, and it’s an integrated machine. The whole system is designed with PLC, high automatic degree. So this machine is much more costly than waste plastic pyrolysis plant and waste oil distillation plant solution.
