The role of the pyrolysis plant is only to deal with all the oil contained in the raw material by pyrolyzing, so the final oil yield is determined by the oil content of the raw materials largely. Different raw materials have different oil content, the following is the oil output of the common raw materials for pyrolysis plant:
1. General rubber

3. Oil sludge
There are floor oil sludge, tank bottom oil sludge, refinery oil sludge, etc. The oil content of different sludge determines the oil yield.Therefore, before processing the oil sludge, it is recommended to check the oil content of the oil sludge. The following is the oil yield of common oil sludge:

The best temperature at which the raw material is most fully pyrolyzing is between 280°C~320°C, while the workers who have been professionally trained and can operate the equipment skillfully and accurately have a more accurate grasp of pyrolyzing time, temperature, etc., so that the oil yield of pyrolysis plant can be improved.
