Waste plastic can be turned into fuel oil through DOING pyrolysis plant. Plastic pyrolysis oil is a new type of fuel, which has many uses. It can be used in cement plants, steel plants, boilers, brick plants and other large factories as heating fuel, no pollution to the environment. Carbon black can be used as carbon black pellets after using the carbon black briqutte machine, then it can be burned with coal. Its calorific value is even higher than coal, burning together to improve its heating efficiency. And the plastic pyrolysis oil can also be refined into diesel fuel by our waste oil distillation plant.
This method can not only reasonably deal with waste plastic, reduce environmental pollution, but also generate new fuel, turn waste into treasure. Then how to make waste plastic into a useful fuel source?
First of all, the waste plastic is fed into DOING plastic pyrolysis reactor, which takes about one to two hours by using the automatic feeder. If the plastic contains water, the water of the waste plastic should be dried first, and the reactor should be heated to the required degree, and oil and gas will be produced.
The oil and gas are then condensed into oil through the condensation system and into the oil tank.
In the process of heating the reactor, in addition to oil and gas, combustible gas and carbon black will be produced, and the generated gas will be treated by the tail gas purification system and then used as fuel recovery heating the reactor.
After waiting for the heating process to end, the remaining substance in the reactor is carbon black, which is discharged through DOING carbon black screw conveyor, with sealing effect, no flying powder occurred.
